Accessing tickets with a guest account

I purchased 2 tickets using a guest account and created an account to access the tickets with the same email. It says that tickets could take up to an hour to show up under my tickets. I’ve waited for over an hour and it still says there are no current orders. Has this happened to anyone else and what is the solution?

One thing we would suggest is to still use the guest details to view the order (email, phone number, and access code), if you're still not seeing that in your regular account. If you run into further issues, you can send a private message to one of our moderators and we can help you track those down.
