Security Issue: Payment Method Changed

Hello,

 

I got an email from Stubhub saying that my payment method changed, However, I did not do this. I changed my password immediately and it says to contact you guys but there is no way to do so at this hour.

I received the same message. No way to contact StubHub (currently on hold for 50 mins+). Could it be their system was compromised? This is pretty concerning to say the least.

I did as well. Followed the prompt to change password and contact immediately, but all options relate to buying and selling, nothing to do with account security.

Same here. Got a notice at 1:00 am. I didn't change anything and my account looks fine.

Same thing happened to me. Used someone elses credit card info to buy tickets through my account. No way to contact Stubhub
