Unlock Account

Today marks a week since my account was restricted due to a misguided mistake. I was deceived on this platform by other customers and for the fifth time I contact support, I explain what happened, support says it will forward my case to the responsible department, every time I contact support it says that there is no case open in my account. Please someone help me. They say to wait for their contact via email. It's obvious that no one wants to solve this problem, just as they don't want to hear my version. I was simply deceived here on the platform and now I am being sanctioned for no reason. customer support continues to lie that my case is being investigated but in reality they just didn't even open the case. I ask for help because I need to recover my account where I have proof of how I was deceived. My bank needs this information so I can prove that I was deceived and recover my money that I sent outside the platform to these customers who deceived me. Please help me
