I am trying to add my bank account information for direct deposit so that I can receive my money after selling. After entering all the correct information, it keeps saying. "Oh no! Something went wrong. Give it another shot." I have done this several times over 3 weeks and double checked everything.
I am having the same issue and have been trying for several weeks to enter my information. Please let me know if you find a resolution to the problem.
@TeamStubHub still the same issue- it's been over 2 weeks since the event ended. My bank info is still not being accepted and I've made sure it's correct every day. There is just money sitting in my account and I've recieved no answer. I've been on the phone for over an hour and a half. Can I please get a reponse??
