Hi Ive purchased tickets for an event.
Ive recieved an email to accept tickets
when I follow the link it asks for sign in credentials
I sign i n with my know n info
It says incorrect so I request a reset password link but it doesnt arrive
Ive checked junk mail
ive checked facebook email as on eforum discussion suggested though i don not have aFB email .
ive tried multiple times and nothing has arrived
please let me know of any soultions thanks!
Hi, @jbocker! Apologies for the confusion. It sounds like you are trying to access an account "powered by" Ticketmaster which is actually separate from your regular Ticketmaster credentials. Have you tried creating an account rather than resetting your password? You'd want to use the same email address but, will need to set up a new profile, it sounds like. 🙂 Let us know if that helps!

ive bought 4 sets of tickets - which ones are you referring to ?
are you saying i need to go to ticket master.com and create a new account?
if so then how will this new account link to these previously purchased tickets under different credentials?
