Accepting tickets

When trying to accept the tickets I get an "oops, something went wrong" message. My event is tomorrow night. The email says accept tickets and when I vlick it just pulls up the barcode. Stubhub sent me a message I have not accepted yet. Please help

Hey there! Sorry to hear you haven't received your tickets!  If you send us your account's email address and zip/postal code, we'll be happy to review it!

Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
