Q: When do listings fall off?
A: Most tickets will stay on site up until the start of the event. Some tickets may stay up as late as 90 minutes!
Q: What are the delivery methods on StubHub?
A: Tickets come in many shapes and forms nowadays. Some are traditional hard copy tickets while others are electronic or mobile!
Q: I can't find the event I want to attend. Will StubHub have tickets?
A: Some events will not be on StubHub due to Charity or Fulfillment Restrictions. We apologize for any issues this might cause! Please check Events Ineligible for Resale to review events that will not be posted. If the event you want to attend isn't listed there, you can always request it! If listed, sellers may come and post their tickets for sale.
Q: Why does the listing not show seat numbers? Can StubHub contact the seller to see where I am sitting?
A: Seat numbers are optional when a seller lists tickets. There are many reasons why a seller will choose not to disclose seat numbers. It is usually for privacy reasons in case the primary or venue is checking StubHub. We guarantee that your seats are together if you have purchased 2 or more tickets on the same purchase.
We are not able to contact a seller about what seat numbers they have.
Q: The listing shows seats as odd numbers. Are they together?
A: It is common for some venues (especially theaters) to have non-consecutive numbers for seats but they are next to one another. This is typically based on the side of the stage you're sitting on. Left is odd and Right is even!
Take a closer look at our map for the event and you will see this built in. Remember, we guarantee that your seats are together!
Q: How much are StubHub fees?
A: Fees vary depending on the event, price, and delivery method. The fees on any purchase are there for a few different reasons, with our main focus being to provide a positive experience for all of our fans.
Q: I bought tickets but have concerns.
A: We've got you covered! Check out our Ticket and Delivery Concerns FAQ.

Hi @veronise, I can definitely understand the confusion and am happy to help. If the tickets are being delivered via Flash Seats, then you should download the Flash Seats app and have an account with the same email address that you used for your StubHub account. If the seller transfers them correctly, you should receive them directly to your Flash Seats account. Please feel free to PM me or any of the other moderators for any further help.
If the listing says it's Aisle seats, then we guarantee that they are. To see listings that have 3 tickets and the comment aisle included, just use our filters! But, the listing you're looking at sounds like it is aisle seats since it starts with 1 in the row. We still can't guarantee they're aisle but would be odd if seat 1 isn't aisle.
If you want to purchase these tickets still, you'll want to place the order right away so no one else beats you to it. How it works is that we will issue out the lowest seat number available in the listing. If you can select the quantity of three, then putting the order in right now will give you seats 1,2,3. Act fast as someone could buy them before you!
Let us or the Community know if you have any other questions!
Hi @CAM77, totally understand your concerns. Sellers usually just give the first seat in the row. I can try to reach out to your seller to see if they can provide row 9 instead, but it definitely isn't guaranteed because they did provide a valid ticket.
I am looking to buy tickets for 8 people, but want to get 4 seats in one row and 4 seats in the row right behind with same seat numbers. (example: Row N - Seats 1-4, Row M - Seats 1-4)
Is there a way to do this on StubHub?
Hey there, @DavidM1. Happy to provide some clarity on this for you! We are a Fan-to-Fan marketplace so, we do not own the tickets that you see on our website. Rather, the inventory you see is managed by individual sellers where prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on the market at the time. Inventory is also supplied by the individual sellers so, there is a chance that you can find tickets that will be close to what you are looking for but, you also may not find them exactly in two consecutive seats and rows like that. We do not have a "Shopping Cart" option that will allow you to purchase two listings at the same time since we are a live site so, if you are not able to find a full 8 pack of consecutive seats on the same row, there is a risk that the tickets on another listing could sell while you are checking out on the 1st of 2 listings.
Hopefully, that makes sense! If you need some help searching for tickets feel free to private message me or any of the other moderators on the Community 🙂
This is my first time purchasing tickets from Stubhub. I purchased them about a week ago. They were mobile transfer and arrival would be the day before the event (not real happy about either...would love to have them in my hands now). I can’t see that it has hit my credit card. Will it not hit my card until the arrival date? And if yes, why would a seller want to wait that long for their money?
