Can’t see ticket code

My tickets were delivered to the app but when I look at them, it’s only a screenshot of an email/pdf and only the top 1/3 of that code they use to scan you in is visible. Can they be re-sent?

While screenshots of mobile tickets are normal, not having the full barcode is not! Have you tried reloading the app to see if the image refreshes and you can scroll the page to view the full barcode?
