I finally received the cancelation email for Joe Rogan/Dave Chappelle in New Orleans. I had spoken to a customer service representative named KattW before this email came through. She told me that, based on my location I would be eligible for a refund instead of a 120% coupon. I received the coupon but I'd rather receive a refund as I have been paying Affirm for the purchased tickets and they require verification from the retailer before they can issue a refund. What do I need to do?
