Hi there my event was canceled due to Covid-19 and I still have not received an email or anything with refund/credit. I know the faq page says it would come, but it has not. Thanks @MariaA helped me in the past.
As your event was cencelled and not rescheduled you will be receiving an email from Stubhub with instructions for a credit voucher (not a refund). Given the number of shows that have been postponed or cancelled it seems to take Stubhub anywhere from 3-4 weeks to get out the emails to customers
Just curious if this is true even if the event says "Hope you had a great time." When I look in the order history.
I'm at 10 days now so will continue to monitor e-mail, but the App order history not recognizing the event was cancelled does not instill me with confidence.
