I purchased mobile tickets to the NY Giants game for a client. There is no option on the app or regular site to transfer. I have contacted customer service twice to troubleshoot. Their "solution" is for me to contact the Ginats and try to figure it out. Isn't that what I paid StubHub for?
@Here are a couple of suggestions. The tickets were probably transferred to you from Ticketmaster. If so make sure you have accepted them. Then try logging into your Ticketmaster account and there should be an option to transfer. Alternatively try logging into https://am.ticketmaster.com/nygiants/ with your Ticketmaster credentials.
