I'm looking to purchase tickets but I have the "City, State, and ZIP code do not match" error message for a canadian address.
The address does match the one for my credit card - could a moderator please help?
If you're getting this error, it's most likely due to we don't have that zip/postal code in our systems just yet. All we would need to do is review and get it added. I'll send you a private message now.
