You can't you are not supposed to contact the seller, and besides the seller is not the one that you need to contact as the seller is not required to help you. You cannot exchange the tickets or get a refund. You will have to resell what you bought and buy the ones that you want. Reach out to Stubhub and ask them to waive the selling fees.
