I still have not heard about the credit I am suppose to have in my “wallet” here at Stubhub. I was headed to a concert right before COVID, and it was postponed. The band is now touring and coming back to the same location, but I cannot find the 120% credit I was given, to use towards this new date. Can anyone please help with this situation? This is my fourth email to ask for information and support.
