If the purchase was made on StubHub, then you don't really need to worry as we have many checks in place to ensure our fans are having a good time. Issues are rare to happen but we have your back with our FanProtect Guarantee if you did.
However, it does sound like you did not buy tickets from us and bought from someone directly. That person may have bought on StubHub and would be covered. We wouldn't be able to assist or cover you though as the transaction didn't happen on StubHub.
