Flash Seats

I just recently purchased tickets off of stub hub about a week ago. I was emailed instructions to set up an account with Flash Seats so that I could receive my tickets. I have tried to set up an account for three days and keep getting an error message. Their customer service does not respond. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We are very sorry for the frustrations, @J-Rock! What sort of error are you receiving when you attempt to create an account?

They need to tell new customers that they need to create an account on the web site not the app. You can use the app once you have created an account.
