Hi! We first recommend checking the expected delivery date for the order. If the date is today, the seller has until the end of the day (midnight) to deliver the tickets! If the tickets are for UPS, though, and you have received no tracking, that could indicate an issue.
We allow them the full day to upload/transfer. Rest assured, if they do not, we will make sure we look into comparable replacements or provide you with a full refund per our FanProtect Guarantee!
