I purchased two concert tickets over a year ago, but the concert was postponed until this December. The tickets were transferred to me via Ticketmaster, but not as advertised. The tickets I purchased were together, but these tickets are individual and in different sections. I'm sure my wife will be thrilled to sit by herself.
I tried calling Stubhub, but was told to hang up unless my event was in the next 24 hours. How do you get in touch with customer service via email or other means? I know there is a guarantee, but of no value if you cannot get in touch with anyone.
