I didn't receive my tickets


We are from Brazil and We've bought tickets for Metallica's show in S. Paulo next May, 10.

Til now we didn't receive the tickets and, unfortunately, the StubHub Brazilian website is not working...

No one answers us by mail, the only channel of contact available.

What can I do?

this is a good place to start and hopefully a moderator here can help you. I was in a similar situation and I wish I had tried to sort it out sooner than the day of the event. Keep calling on the phone if you can and wait for a message here. Good luck. It seems failure to deliver tickets is a common thing after browsing these forums so you aren't alone

Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
