Who is listing tickets that are on Ticketmaster and marking up the price. This person doesn’t own the ticket and apparently once someone makes the purchase they will turn around and purchase the ticket on Ticketmaster cheaper than they sold it for. Stubhub needs to get a handle on this.
This is considered speculative listing and, to the best of my knowledge, it is against Stubhub policy to list speculative tickets. However, it happens a lot on the secondary market.
