Hi, I'm sorry if this topic has been included elsewhere, but I had a specific query for the upcoming Masters in Augusta 2020. If I was to purchase tickets to this event, and the event is subsequently cancelled for spectators ( which unfortunately is very possible at this stage due to COVID ) how is the refund processed ? Is it for the full amount of tickets purchased, or the original face value of the tickets ? Is the refund back to the seller and then to me as the new buyer ? How does this work ? Appreciate your response
If you buy tickets and the event is cancelled or no fans are permitted then you would receive a refund/coupon voucher (120% of purchase) that is based on the total amount that you paid including fees and not the face value of the tickets. The original seller would receive their refund from the PGA.
