My etickets are late

I purchased tickets for the first time for shambhala on August 9th, I was told they'd be ready on the 8th and they're still not here, I spent almost 600 dollars on these tickets and I'm very concerned I've traveled across the country for nothing

Very sorry your tickets are not in yet. If there are issues with your tickets or they are late, don't worry!
