Hi, I bought tickets for an event that was rescheduled. The concert was rescheduled before I received the tickets and the transaction is not showing on my account. I purchased the tickets usign my account and not as a guest. I have the emails showing the order number and the email stating the concert was rescheduled. How do I get the tickets so if the concert is still held this summer I can attend.
this is a known problem. When an event is postponed you can no longer view the tickets. When the new date is announced you will be able to see the tickets again.
