Hi! I ordered a ticket a couple of days ago, but never got an email, I’ve been trying to even use the reset password section to get an email but never got that either. I made an account too, and did not get the confirmation email either. And I double checked if my email was correct. I have a concert tonight and I’m afraid if I won’t be able to go.
