Never received ticket transfer

I still have never received my ticket transfer email and my concert is tomorrow! I ordered my tickets in December and have been waiting to receive my email to accept my tickets but it’s never came. I got a order confirmation email from stubhub saying that my order was successful and that I will be receiving my ticket transfer from Ticketmaster to accept my tickets but Ticketmaster never emailed me. What do I do? I’ve checked all my email boxes and nothing

Hey @Brockg, thanks for reaching out and our apologies that you haven't received the ticket transfer offer email yet!  Typically when a seller transfers the tickets through the primary ticket sources system, the buyer will receive that email from them to accept the transfer.  Sometimes that email can be sent to your spam/junk folder depending on the way you have your email account set up.  There is also a chance that email didn't generate. Unfortunately, we aren't able to look into their system to see what happened.  What we will need to do is have your seller recall the transfer and then re-transfer them to the email address you use to log in to your StubHub account.  If you're already checked through all your spam/junk folders as well as trash and tried searching for emails that state Transfer, etc, send myself or any of our moderators a private message with the email and postal code on your account!

Got StubHub email saying transfer and Ticketmaster says nothing there. I leave the country on vacation in 48 hours. Have order #

I recently purchased tickets and have the same problem. Received all other emails besides the ticket transfer. Can someone please help?

I ordered Two tickets that should be in by today and nothing has been sent other than an order confirmation. My event is Friday.

Hey @Awoo, thanks for reaching out!  Every purchase made on StubHub is covered by our FanProtect Guarantee.  If you do not receive the correct tickets by the time the seller promised, or in the rare occurrence there is an issue with the tickets at the venue, we would want you to reach out to us right away!  We will do our very best to replace the order with comparable tickets, or you’re entitled to a refund!  If the expected delivery date is today, we will need to give to the end of the business day for orders being shipped by UPS to be delivered, or by midnight for electronic tickets.  If they are not delivered by tonight, please reach out to us tomorrow so we can look into replacing your order.
