Parking Ticket

I recently purchased a VIP parking pass for the Florida Georgia Line Can’t Say I Ain’t Country tour, and today I received a ticket that reads “This is not a ticket, premier parking pass will be mailed at a later date.” When I check my StubHub account, it says that my pass was delivered, but all I have received is this “receipt” ticket. Will another pass in fact be delivered to me?
