Okay here's the tea,

 

I have had a FANTASTIC customer service experience with a great person named "Victor C.". This gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure I had gotten the correct tickets/service. Being in the service industry I understand how IMPORTANT something like this is... It is currently 3:15am my time here in Las Vegas, NV and I couldn't be more ecstatic with my service. THANK YOU VICTOR C. You are awesome and I hope you appreciated for this message.
