Stubhub support no response

In December, I purchased tickets to a concert. The mobile tickets were supposed to be transferred by 12/25. I’ve spoken to Stubhub customer support twice via phone, and they state that I will be reimbursed for the cost or be given replacement tickets. Each time, they say that someone will contact me via email. No one has contacted me after several weeks, and the tickets still haven’t been transferred. Does anyone have a recommendation of how I can escalate this besides calling customer support a 3rd time?

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
