Like others in this community, I just bought expensive tickets and received this ostensible "gift" message:
Promotion: We wanted to say thanks for your order, so we left a gift in your account.
But I was unable to figure out how to use it, and it was only offered AFTER I bought my tickets. It expires on June 10th, and since I just spent major bucks on two tickets, I'm not going to any other concerts anytime soon.
VERY confusing -- PLEASE stop promising these illusory "gifts." VERY upsetting experience.
