I have ordered and paid 2 tickets for football game in FIFA world cup in Qatar. The game will take place on Thursday, the 1st of December.
Because of FIFA restrictions (which prohibit the seller to sell all his tickets), he has to keep at least one to himself. Seller tried to transfer me just 1 ticket, this is not an option for me, since I am travelling with my son.
I emailed the Stubhub customer 4 days ago, , no reply at all
Please help me, 4 days before the game, I have no tickets and no money.
