My tickets have been returned to sender because I am not yet in the airbnb to receive it personally. I am flying the day before the show. How come they need me to be the one to receive it? This did not happen to my friend when she sent her ticket(she bought also here in stubhub) to our airbnb last time.
Hi @joyce7! Sorry for the trouble with that. Generally this would mean the host wasn't aware a package was going to be delivered on your behalf. Did you notify the host prior to shipping?
