Tool tickets concerns

Hello,

I bought two tickets to see Tool in Las Vegas. It is a Christmas and birthday gift to my husband. Being we are flying in from Denver for this show I am a bit concerned about getting our tickets. My order on stubhub says they are Ready and the seller transferred the tickets but in the flash seats app I have nothing showing. I have not gotten any email from flash seats telling me the tickets were transferred. Any help or information is greatly appreciated.
