We know these are frustrating experiences which is why we make sure to keep our fans informed through emails if there has been any change in the status of their event. Once confirmed, any info we have on the rescheduled date will be included in the email.
Postponed events differ from Rescheduled events only in that they have not released the new date for the show/game. The tickets remain valid and orders cannot be canceled in these instances.
To see your event status, log into your StubHub account and click or tap 'My tickets.'
When events are officially postponed and rescheduled:

Hello, so I just want to make sure that I am understanding this correctly. If the event is eventually rescheduled, then the tickets that I originally bought is still valid for the rescheduled event (like, I don't need to buy new tickets for the rescheduled event, and the tickets that I have will work for the new date).
That is correct. If the event is rescheduled the tickets that you bought are valid for the new event - no need to buy new tickets. You would then have an option to attend the rescheduled event or you may resell your tickets. If you decide to sell your tickets reach out to a moderator as I understand they are working with customers to waive the fee for reselling an event that has been rescheduled.
The tickets that you previously bought are good for the new event. You dont have to do anything special.
On the small chance that an issue arises you are covered by the Stubhub Fan Guarantee.
Yes, and StubHub you should also INFORM the person who is selling the tickets that they will NOT BE PAID until after the event if they choose to resale.
What if the tickets I purchase are sent to me in the form of a PDF copy? If an event is rescheduled, the orginal ticket owner will get the notification and new tickets from TicketMaster with a new PDF that can then be sold again since they have new dates/times etc. What will happen to the old tickets/PDF copy version that I received? My PDF copy will only have the old dates/times etc. What happens in this case? Will the orginal owner be required to send me a new PDFcopy with the new dates/times? Or do they need to confirm they will not use or sell the new tickets they receive from TicketMaster? Thanks!! BK
What if the tickets you bought are now at $18 each ticket or $48 and you paid $237 and can't attend to the new scheduled date?
Yes, tickets are still valid for new date
I bought three tickets for the Illnois v. Ohio State football game that was set to play in November 2020, and they have recently rescheduled the game for September 3rd, 2020. How do I go about getting the tickets for the right date and time? Do I cancel my order and replace them for the correct date or do they honor the original tickets?
