What is a UPS access point ticket

My order says it is a UPS access point ticket, what does this mean?

A UPS access point is a place like a UPS store or a CVS or Whole Foods etc where the recipeint can pick up the package.  The buyer may have provided a PO Box or was not home when the delivery of the pacakage was attempted.

You will still be paid 5-8 Business days After the event.
