I purchased Avett Brothers tickets, however the show was cancelled. I received an email saying I received a coupon for 120% of the ticket price. When I log in to my account, a confirmation that I have a coupon is there, however I don't know how to apply it, as there is no code associated. Will I receive a code through an email as well? I was trying to order tickets for an event in November, but when I try to purchase them I'm not given an option to apply my credit. Help!
No code is needed, @grillfixa! To use it, simply check the box next to your “FanCode" during checkout and the full amount will be deducted from the total price to complete the transaction. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help 🙂
