i agree this is not being handled properly by stubhub and just posted my own similar story
Same situation here. My event was on Dec. 21. It was cancelled, and I requested a refund on Dec. 22. Today is January 24, and no refund received. This is what I would expect from buying tickets from some guy in the parking lot. Not what I would expect from Stubhub. Any moderator want to comment??
