I purchased tickets for an event that was cancelled last year, and I was supposed to receive a 120% credit, but I don't see that anywhere on my account. How do I find my credit in order to redeem it on a future order.
Hi there, @Carriep! That will ultimately depend on how you originally purchased tickets. If you purchased as a guest, you would have received an email with your coupon code once the order was canceled. If you completed your purchased on a registered account, the credit is housed within your StubHub Wallet.
