Same thing just happen to me. Looks like I have to wait on the phone for someone to pick up the call. Estimated wait 3 hours! Good grief!
If you're experiencing this issue, you'll need to follow up directly with one of our community moderators or on the phone with our agents at 866.788.2482, since it requires some account info to resolve. Essentially our agents will need to follow up with the seller and ask them to send the tickets to the correct email address.
