Wrong email address when buying

Hello, I Purchased tickets here on stub hub and they said they had to be transferred to my flash account. I entered the wrong email for my flash account. Can you help?

If the wrong email address was given at checkout and the tickets are to be transferred to you, then we can work on this and check over our options but definitely help by updating your email address to something current.

Thanks Cameron! My email with stub hub is the one I filled in but my flash ticket account is different. I will get a PM where?

Okay! No worries about that, @Harleymatt. If you have access to the email you gave us, you can register a second Flash account too. Once you have the tickets, you could transfer them over to your regular account if you wanted. But, the PM is here on Community. 

 

Go to the right-hand corner and look for the envelope as that is your inbox. Smiley Happy
