Bought tickets in May for an event this winter.
Ready by date still says
No updates, no communcation. I don't want to wait until 24h before the event and end up like everyone else still not able to get through or their tickets even after travelling a distance to be there.
This is absolutely miserable customer service.
Is everyone else just disputing the charge to cancel? What's the best plan of action here?
