currently, the Elton John tour is postponed rather than canceled which places you in limbo. If the event ends up being canceled you will receive a credit voucher. If the event is rescheduled then your tickets are good for the new date and you can attend or sell your tickets. If you sell Stubhub will work with you and waive the selling fees if you PM a moderator.
note the decision to postpone/cancel/reschedule the event lies with the artist in this case Elton John and the various venues and not with Stubhub.
