that is a good question and is a decision made by the promoter, the venue, and the artist but not Stubhub. Elton John postponed events in March and just recently announced dates in 2022. Sheryl Crow postponed in March to dates in October and has had to reschedule again. Jerry Seinfeld postponed in March and still has not announced dates. So unfortunately there is no timetable.
