Are you aware of a recent seating, date/time, or venue changes with one of our events? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details (like a rescheduled show) we have on-site versus the primary? With such a large marketplace, we truly appreciate our fans bringing errors like this to our attention and welcome your feedback! Please let us know in the thread below if you have identified an incorrect seating chart, time, venue, or details listed on our site.
To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include the full event details. Such as a link to the correct map, time, venue, or details (screenshots definitely help too!).
We will forward all of this information to our events and mapping team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!
@McD That's certainly not what we like to hear! I'd be happy to look into that with you to see what happened. I'm going to send you a private message right now and we can go over the details together.

I've already written a message on this board and no action has been taken. StubHub NEEDS to practice consistency with their maps. As it pertains to the Balboa Theatre in San Diego, StubHub inexplicably uses different maps for the same venue. One map is good, as depicts a center, left, and right orchestra. One map is bad, and lumps everything in orchestra together. I've asked the mapping team to go through and make sure each map at this venue is consistent using the map that depicts center, left, and right orchestra. So far, this has proven to be too difficult for the team. So, let me do your job for you and give you a list of inconsistent maps. Really, I wanted your team to do this since posting proper maps is YOUR chief responsibility and because it is YOUR team that needs the practice posting consistent maps. Further, discard the incorrect map so moving forward your team does not use that one.
1/16 - David Sedaris
1/18 - Iliza Shlesinger 9:30 show (why would StubHub choose to use a different map on the 9:30 show than they would on the 7:30 show)
1/19 - Louie Anderson
2/24 - Gregory Porter
4/28 - Kingston Trio
5/23 - Professor Brian Cox
I've said it before and I'll say it again. I spend too much of time having to send emails getting StubHub to correct their maps. I understand that I cannot expect 100% accuracy, but at least as it pertains to the San Diego market, StubHub posts just as many incorrect maps as it does correct maps. To me, that many mistakes shows the mapping team takes little to no pride in their work. You guys have to get better. Be proactive, not reactive.

For the stubhub mapping team:
To Kill a Mockingbird in NY onlt lists rows A to T in the orchestra seating.
The seating goes from A to U -- can this be updated? Thanks.

The venue Belly Up in Aspen, Colorado always has the GA area and Reserved area on stubhub showing for most shows except the one we are trying to post for sale. Event is Martin Garrix dated Jan 31 showing on stubhub but wrong seating chart…its only showing GA and we have reserved seats to sell.
Please add the Reserved map like you have for many artists already like the below at this same venue:

Tickets listed in section 6-10 and 16-19 are all upper level tickets. Chiles Center does not have lower level seats in those sections.

The map on Stubhub for the following event is incorrect:
2-23-19 (Sat.) at 4:30 p.m.
Thunder Valley Casino, Lincoln, CA
There is no Premier Section.
