Incorrect seat map

We have Jaguar club seats. When I put them for sale on Stub Hub, it is showing the general area of the seats but we have seats in front of the chair rail with a table and counter that doesn’t show that section
Our seats are more expensive and more desirable and are ADA accessible. How can I fix this?
