Map Errors on Site

If you notice a map is incorrect on our site, please post on this board and include the:

- Event Name

- Event Date

- Link to the event on our site

- A link to a correct map (if you have one)

We will report all issues to our Mapping team but due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board. 

We ask that you refrain from doubling up on requests by posting here and private messaging us if you haven't received a response. 

Rest assured, if it's being posted here, it is being reported right away.

Our mapping team works in order of event date which can cause delays with resolution but we appreciate your patience as we work to get all of these fixes completed right away.

What can I submit?	Map design errors Incorrect text labels on the map itself Listing(s) not mapping or mapping to wrong section No map on site Wrong map on site
What should I NOT submit?	Wrong event name, venue, date, time (Post these here) Missing events on-site (See instructions here) Requests regarding seller comments
Will I get a follow up?	No, all requests are reported automatically.
How are my Requests prioritized?	Requests are algorithmically prioritized by inventory levels, historical sales data and proximity to the event date.

I have been submitting requests through this board, through Stubhub's Facebook messenger, as well as a Stubhub add event link -- for several weeks.  The New York Film Festival starts this week -- THIS FRIDAY.  Most of the major events are already sold out.  NY Film Festival-goers have been buying/selling tickets here on StubHub for the bigger events every year for several years.  I don't understand why some of this years' events have not yet been listed?   I keep getting responses thanking me but still no listings.  PLEASE ADD THESE EVENTS. Stubhub has created these listings every year -- why not this year?

How does anyone list tickets when the seating map is 3+ years old and does not match the current seating map!

How has anyone been able to accurately list 100's of tickets with the wrong seating map that in no way matches what the current seating map?

How can thousands of tickets be listed for the Black Keys in Seattle when the wrong seating map is posted?

As a seller, I cannot put in the correct section for the tickets I want to sell now as the show is in 3 days! How can Stubhub make such errors and not take immediate responsibility for their actions and make corrections to their site? As a seller, I would swift action taken against my credit card charged if I sold tickets in the wrong seat location.

I'm looking for the map of parking around Memorial Stadium, Bloomington IN - any idea when the parking sections will be re-established around stadium?    Helps people from out-of-state know where to park - there's only 4 home games left.  Would be very appreciated if map were complete soon.  Understand you are very busy -- but helpful in knowing where best to park.
