Stubhub is way behind in processing the refund requests and recently it has been taking them about 120 days to process the request. If you would like to try and jumpstart the process you could try reaching out by DM to one of the moderators - AllyD, Kattw or NikkiM.

My pre-season game still says "Active" even though the NFL has already announced the games are cancelled. Can we even ask for a refund if the game is still listed as such?
