Will I see the stage?

I bought tickets for The Weeknd’s concert next year, and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to see the stage or if my view will be blocked by the backdrop. Is it normal for artists to sell tickets where the performer won’t be visible? Is there someplace I can email to have my question answered?

Hi KC

Tickets are sold for events for which there is an obstructed view but the seller is required to note that on the listing.  If the tickets you bought do not have this warning you seats should not be obstructed.  If it turns out that they are you are entitled to a refund/unpgrade from stubhub.
