Someone sold me tickets then did not send them to stub hub

I bought tickets from Juwan Taylor for Sumner Jam on July 27th. I sent him 300 through Zelle, then he sent me what he called a no charge confirmation which he said would go to stub hub and I could get a credit from stub hub on my account. So I sent another 300. He then told me it timed out and I had to send him another 300 and I said no. He will not give me the original 300 or the other 300 that he says is pending on my stub hub account, he said the tickets would are waiting for me. I have nothing am out 600 and he will not reply. I know what the tickets are for what seats, is there anything you can do to help me?
