I purchased tickets for Guns n Roses at Metlife Stadium.

Concert was postponed from July 2020 to August 2021.

I am unable to download my tickets from the original email and the tickets are not showing on website anymore. 

Can you please help?

How can I get tickets re-sent to me?

Same thing happened to me---trying to find the answer.

I've been on hold for 2 hours so far with customer service...it's my 5th time calling.
