rolling stones refund

i understand we will receive a refund on tickets bought in early 2020 ( i think before march 2020)  i got no notification and found out by looking at the website. tickets were supposed to be refunded by end of may. i have not received my credit for rolling stones concert tickets. calling to try to talk to someone is a joke. any suggestions?

I am having the same problem.  I received an email saying it would go back onto my original method of payment, but I no longer have that credit card.  Did you have any luck?
